New Delhi, Jun 14 : Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh today held Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishakh’-led Uttarakhand government responsible for the death of Swami Nigamanand, who was on fast in protest against rising pollution in the Ganga and illegal mining from the river bed.
