Dward Shami is the owner of Eclipse Builders, the company OSHA says failed to provide a safe environment for trench workers on December 14 2011. That&#8217;s when 20-year-old Jory Raber III died when the trench he was working on, on property owned by Shami, caved in on him in Newberry Township. It took emergency crews 14 hours to recover his body. Another worker was buried in the rubble for hours &#8230;</p>
