Thanks for as long as a really appealing vidoe on the subject i’m sure it will be extremely helpful
@LizardKing691 its silicon only no more materials needed
I KNOW how to make them now where tha fuck do i buy the materials??!?
um our house is solar powered does that mean we get free electricity?
Are there any videos that show how to make a computer chip this simple?
the earth sux and i hope all polar bears die just because im exhausted of the people who are obsessed with saving the earth
i was wondering if you had this problem with your solar panel you made look at this video from davevanden1 solar panel building warning!!!!!!! video he says he got corrosion on the cells in like 4 months from it being exposed to air
i hope you can help. i’m building my panels. should, i build the panel to 18v or 12v. i’m told 18v for the panels. what do you suggest?
thanks for the ear

hi all
a few things i have found by tring uncommon ways of soldering these. first if you lightly scratch off the white on the strips first the tabbing wire really sticks better and smoother.also i found i did not need to use any solder. without removing this white i found the tabbing wire would come off the panel very simple. to remove the white you just neet to scratch it very lightly with something dull . also i found putting cardboard under the cell disipates the heat better .
also i used the liquid flux and it is water clean up just give the cella light wipe with a wet cotten swab when done and you wont have the flux speading afterwards.
i use a flat tip soldering iron.
Another unrelated video uses a Flux Pen and spreads it only on the hard ribbon and Solar Panel relations, first before soldering.
I’m a Bench Tech but never have done this Solar Panel building. I use a type of solder that has the Flux built in. It goes where I flow.
To the Channel: Might give reasons for the type of Tip on your Soldering Iron for the folks that don’t know and your use of Flux and to check each cell.
Fantastic video crappy composition.
Please, how did you come by those black plates at first? Are they just flat painted iron with white stripes or what? Or are they already made solar cells that one has to buy and assemble them? Thanks for your kind answers. Be blessed
Nice, thanks.
Hey, check out my website at ScientificallyGreener(Dot) com and get all the new and improved Equipments to build or buy your own solar panels and wind energy turbine systems ScientificallyGreener(Dot) com is a website that sells the most modern environmental harvest available
hi all
ok i have a simple inquiry
what do you use to clean the excess flux and finger prints off the cells when they are soldered it sems to spread out and saturate the cell
thanks
dave
I built my own Solar Panels for UNDER $100 that I am currently using to power my entire 1700 Square Foot home using the plans at:

obtuse thought…….
the inside of the solar cell is toxic and can burn your skin in an instant
okay…that takes too long. can i just buy them already made? forget saving money! i rather save time!
no offence but i looked at every panel vid and you question the same thing. google it
dude how many panels do i need to power my 9000btu air conditioning in new york? i live in an apartment building
I wonder if these could be encased in resin so they last for 1000yrs, or would the resin yellow in the sun too much?
Solar panels are said to last 20 yrs, I suspect that may be designed failure rate which is why I had the thought of really submerging them in resin which is incredibly durable & seals out all natural elements that may deteriorate the solder etc.
